At the testing site, the product operated continuously under rated conditions, with all test data meeting requirements. After on-site evaluation and testing by technical, quality, and testing personnel, the NLFT-0.95 air source system demonstrated highly efficient operation of its components and excellent system coordination, with all key performance parameters accurately meeting specifications.
As a key component of the transit braking system, the stability and reliability of the air supply system directly affect the operational safety of metro trains. The NLFT-0.95 oil-free air supply system features an oil-free piston-type air compressor which is independently developed and manufactured by NAILI. Such AGTU generates compressed air with ZERO lubricating oil in the system, there be eliminating from the source any risk of oil contamination to critical components of the braking system.
