AZI series compressors are environment friendly rotary vane air compressors developed specifically for electric vehicles.
This compressor adopts an integrated control system combining air compressor, motor and electrical control. The design of an external independent oil separator not only enhances the convenience of maintenance but also reduces maintenance costs. Moreover, its liquid cooling system shares the
vehicle's liquid cooling circuit. Through the circulation of liquid, it can effectively lower the operating temperature of the compressor, avoiding the deterioration of lubricating oil or equipment damage due to high temperature, thereby improving the operational stability of the compressor.
Additionally, the transmission method of this compressor uses spline transmission, which reduces the space size, is easy to disassemble, and better solves the problem of inconvenient maintenance in the EV system. Ultimately, it reduces the weight of the electric vehicle, achieving the goals of energy saving and increasing the driving range.
The integrated system control unit supports UDS diagnosis and OTA online programming. It can collect real-time temperature signals of the equipment to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment. It also supports high-voltage interlock to guarantee the electrical integrity of the system and reduce the risk of faults.
